"I am fascinated by your story, and that's part of what makes me a great therapist."

With nearly 20 years of experience, Jamie brings a rare combination of deep clinical expertise and genuine human warmth to her work. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Level 2 certified Gottman therapist — one of a relatively small number of clinicians to reach that level of training in couples work. She is also certified in Perinatal Mood Disorders through Postpartum Support International, reflecting her long-standing commitment to supporting women through some of life's most vulnerable transitions.

Her specialty is mid-life women: the ones navigating perimenopause while still raising kids, caring for aging parents, holding careers together, and somewhere in all of that, trying to figure out what they actually want. She works with women individually and with couples, bringing a collaborative, trauma-informed, client-centered approach to every session.

Clients often say Jamie asks the questions they haven't thought to ask themselves — the ones that cut right to the heart of things. They describe her as real, non-judgmental, and refreshingly direct. She won't just nod and ask how that makes you feel. She's curious, engaged, and yes — she has a sense of humor. She believes that being seen and heard is a fundamental human need, and she takes that seriously.

Jamie is a married mother of two. When she's not in session, you'll find her at the barre studio or cheering loudly from the sidelines at one of her sons' many sporting events.

She also offers supervision, consultation, and workshops for other clinicians, and has written several articles on topics close to her practice. License #MFC48014
